There was as burger stand, kebob stand and pizza stand. There are a few other stands selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You're gonna pay your average American prices for the foods. So about $3.00 for a fries, and $5.00 for a simple burger.
You're better off eating before you come.
When you're in the stands, there are people walking around with coolers selling water, soda, ice creams and beers (as seen below). Again, the prices are on par with American prices, so like $1.50 for a bottle of water.
Washrooms are also available at the Sambadromo of course. There are workers standing around, regularly cleaning the bathroom and toilet. Just bring a roll of toilet tissue just in case.
